....
Hey everyone.
I have done some serious thinking about how I work on this comic. I know I said when I started that I would use this comic as a medium to further my skills, and that I have, I've learned tons of things while working on this. One of the most important would be the neccessity of a good storyboard.
Now, as we make mistakes, we learn, and that is good ^^
When I looked back at the past chapter I've realised something; the story of LOI has grown too much in my mind to continue at it's current pace. To put it bluntly, what I've written so far is a bloody mess. I need some good storytelling here. I know exactly what is going to happend when, but to truly understand what is going on, a lot of backstory is needed. Backstory that I have been lacking in telling.
So my decision is: Start over again, right from the top.
It will probably take a long time until I post on this account again, but when I do, I will publish an entire chapter, and it will be something I can be proud of.
NOTICE:
----------
As I'm still kinda pressed for time - university and all - and would like get something up by the end of this year at least, I'm looking for a colorist. No pay, bad hours, yada yada, you know the deal
If this sounds in the least interesting, send me a note here or on ~orkaboyart.
----------
And now, back to the drawing board.
Orkaboy out.

Life is more accurately measured by the lives you touch than by the things you acquire
The coloring is great - so is the action, LOL
Keep at it doll!
As the header says, the inks are mine (~orkaboyart), while the coloring is done by =amano--wILD7.

Imagination and... inspiration. The entire idea of Legacy of Icarius sprung to my mind while listening to the song Little Angel by Deathstars. Since then... a lot of work and a lot of thinking
Back then, it was just the mere outline of a great battle between angels and demons, but now it has become a lot more.
As for inspiration, guys like Fred Perry (Gold Digger, www.antarctic-press.com) have been a huge source of it ^^
plus reading manga and other stuff helps
